AI Doesn't Know Your Customers — It Knows Patterns

AI tools are excellent at spotting patterns across huge amounts of data — what content performs well, when your audience is most active, which channels bring the best return. That's genuinely useful. But there's a real gap between recognizing a pattern and understanding why it exists. A tool might tell you that posts published on Tuesdays get more engagement, but it can't tell you whether that's actually driving real business, or just inflating a number that doesn't matter. It doesn't know the inside joke your regular customers appreciate, or why your specific approach works in your specific community — that context lives with you, not the tool.
